I started by creating a webhook to connect to our form, which serves as a trigger when the form is submitted. Upon submission, the data is passed to a spreadsheet via Zapier, the only platform that provides access to the Kajabi API.
After thorough testing to ensure customers can receive their access to Kajabi, I was able to automate the process. This automation saves time and resources, achieving the goal of granting access in under 2 seconds.
